Mike Patton is the man with the ultimate plan when it comes to the world of music. This song is off an album Mike worked with the Dillinger Escape Plan during a time when they did not have a front man. Dillinger math metal mayhem sound and Mister Patton’s multi-faceted vocal range gives Dillinger sound a feeling of doing a line of glass off the back of LA’s finest. Each song from this 4 song album outing has its highs and lows in to the creepy world of Mike Patton’s usual commentary on his life.

Rap and Hip Hop are two areas of music i am very selective. Its hard locating a original sound in all the sea of so called rapper super stars looking for the cash. MC Dälek speaks the ideas and Oktopus spin ideas in to sound to make a complex world. Paragraphs Relentless hushing sound cause a person to peer deep in to what is being made in front of a person. One sound runs only a couple notches about the other force one to pay attention.
Cave In
"Big Riff"
Though some love and some hate this album i find this album refreshing. Some may believe that a band should never change or challenge their fans beliefs and i feel that change is good. Cave In grows with each of their albums and even though the album proceeding this one (named Antenna) is not my cup of tea i still respect their choice to try something new. I know there was a brief break-up (i believe) and around 2005 they came out with Perfect Pitch Black a really new direction with their already intense sound.
Coco Rosie
"Rainbow Warriors"
The voice is an instrument and many may not value that idea. Coco Rose meshes their sisterly voices to bring a sound that is all their own. Cryptic lyrics bring a whole new world of sound that has yet to be plug in to. Never sure what to think or what they mean each outing that go. What is known to me is that they bring a world that i yearn to know more about and something i welcome to the music community.

"The Lament Of Pretty Baby"
A song from the year 2000 when life was a mess. Women, work, the future, and so on was flooding my shallow ideas of what i thought of what i did not have. My delusional feelings delayed what was and now i see how silly it all was. This song brings back a lot of memories of the dumb things i thought. The song is juvenile listen to it again, but it shows my thinking during that time. Music is like that for me its like history book of where i have been and perhaps where i might be.
